Tax and accounting services are provided by Eiduk Tax & Wealth Management, LLC, a separate firm under common ownership. Neither firm owns the other. Clients of one are under no obligation to engage the other. Our Form ADV Part 2A describes this relationship and the conflicts of interest it creates.
Fees and accounts
Your fee is governed by your executed investment advisory agreement. Fee illustrations on this website are arithmetic examples only. Clients bear transaction and custodial charges imposed by the custodian in addition to the advisory fee. We do not sponsor or participate in a wrap fee program.
Your accounts are held in your name at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., an independent custodian, which sends you statements directly. Please compare them with any report you receive from us.
